  1. News Associate: Relevant interest or experience in writing or capturing news from various parts of the world relevant to customer experience
  2. Journalist: Would prefer candidates with prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Retail, Telecom, Media, etc. 
  3. Marketing Associate: Experienced in managing SEO of the website including Digital marketing via social networks
  4. Partner Lead: Dynamic individual to manage partnerships and alliances.
  5. Client Services Manager: Corporate Customer Management is the prime role and the individual is expected to have comfort in dealing with C-Level executives and have a fair understanding of corporate functioning.
